Return + Refund
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it takes 10-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

If the consumer causes the return, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific price should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
